Dr. Lee co-founder of Apex Graphene Group Inc., and has served as our Executive Science General Consultant since July 2013.
Dr. Lee previously served as a Space Mission Scientist at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), where he conducted space research at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Institute of Technology. Designated as a “Special Technical Personnel” Space Mission Scientist, he managed space science flight experiments until 2013. He has been invited to give lectures and provide expert commentary across the United States and on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
During his time at NASA, Dr. Lee oversaw spaceflight experimental projects involving eight Nobel Laureates. He is a renowned and influential scientist in the field of international space cooperation. His achievements have earned him multiple honors, including:

Dr. Lee also holds nine U.S. invention patents. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physics from National Taiwan University, a Master’s degree in Science and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Wisconsin,USA.
