In the sintering process of graphene preparation, tools or components are heated through direct current (DC) to significantly reduce cycle times. By employing DC pulse technology, the cyclic processes at the contact points of the powder products—such as Joule heating, plasma formation, and electromigration—can substantially enhance the sintering activity of various materials.
Under conditions reaching a maximum temperature of 2400°C, components with a maximum diameter of 300 mm can withstand pressures ranging from 12.5 to 4000 kN, showcasing our exceptional capabilities and innovative potential in the realm of high-temperature sintering technology.
